We’ve heard our guests loud and clear, and in close partnership with our airline partners, we knew it was time to move this program forward. The feedback of our airline representatives has been central to our planning process, and their ideas surrounding our future are greatly valued.
Bryant L. Francis, C.M., Director
Department of Port Control City of Cleveland
